Jumbo Solution Mortgage

The Jumbo Solution Mortgage Program, from SunTrust Mortgage, Inc., offers access to larger loan amounts without the higher interest rate usually associated with jumbo loans.

With a conventional fixed rate first mortgage and a Jumbo Solution second mortgage, you can secure financing for loan amounts larger than $417,000, without the higher interest rate required on most jumbo loans. This gives you greater borrowing power with a lower monthly payment, when compared to a conventional jumbo mortgage.

Offers a fixed rate over the life of the loan with fixed payments of principal and interest.

• Up to 80% financing* (combined) for primary home purchases.
• Your choice:

- a stable, fixed rate term for both the first and second mortgages or

- an adjustable rate** loan for the first mortgage with a fixed rate second

• Loan amounts up to $1,129,750, with a combined first and second mortgage.
• Increased borrowing power and lower monthly payments.
